• GDP was very practical and applicable to our business; the additional benefit it brought was to have brought people together to find solutions to cross functional problems
• It was a pragmatic and user friendly programme with maximum learnings.  Typically we would see around 30% of learning transferred when we send people on courses, GDP however resulted in 80% transfer of ideas used daily
• People who attended the programme were so motivated and dedicated to pull their people together and share the learning to those who didn’t attend
