This course has positively impacted my work and personal life. Prior to attending this course I used to work like a workaholic from 8 to 8, but after attending this course I learnt about time robbers, delegation, shape talks, WIIFM and tried to implement these things in my section. Gradually I started seeing the improvement/ the effect of proper delegation, motivation and empowering which have resulted positively in the following ways:

• Now the staff feel more confident and work with more enthusiasm as now they get to do different things
• They feel motivated and respected within NBAD while doing some task on their own with little or sometimes no supervision
• Now the daily, weekly and monthly tasks are evenly distributed based on the ability and experience of the staff
• Now we finish our all tasks maximum by 5, this gave us spare time to look after our health, socialize and spend quality time with our family which was not the case earlier
• Now I get time to concentrate on important issues, meet the deadlines for the tasks assigned to me, and answer all the management and client’s queries on time
• The overall image of the section has improved and which has created a Win Win situation for me and my staff

To conclude I would like to mention that from this course I have really benefited, learnt a lot and I am trying my best to implement these teachings in my day to day work and personal life. I especially want to thank Nicky for motivating and encouraging me and giving me very important feedbacks during the training and coaching sessions.
