biz-ability helped us launch our Core behaviours across the organisation with great success!  I was very impressed with their ability to create what could be a very dull presentation of company behaviours into something which came alive for the employees. The team worked very well to understand the needs of the organisation and tailor the product to be something meaningful to Dubai Petroleum.

I was also very impressed with Barbara Kerr who conducted most of the sessions.  She has a very engaging, natural and fun style of facilitation which had a powerful impact on the audience from senior management to lower levels within the organisation. The launch gave people a real sense of awareness of our Core Behaviours whilst also providing an opportunity for a fun team building event.  It helped us to get off to a positive start in building a new company culture.
