From Participants:
All the modules are logical, we have these ideas in our heads but the programme helped us find a way to use these ideas and get them out to the people we deal with every day
The programme made us feel like we are all speaking the same language. It creates a culture for the way we deal with people, one that our customers expect from us and deserve
Learning sets got us in a room with people from different parts of the business and made us look at things from different views. It helped us to see other options and solutions
The programme helped me to face problems, analyse them and solve them
DP was an eye opener. You sit and think hard after a module and see how you can implement it
From Senior Managers
GDP was very practical and applicable to our business; the additional benefit it brought was to have brought people together to find solutions to cross functional problems
It was a pragmatic and user friendly programme with maximum learnings. Typically we would see around 30% of learning transferred when we send people on courses, GDP however resulted in 80% transfer of ideas used daily
People who attended the programme were so motivated and dedicated to pull their people together and share the learning to those who didn’t attend
With the GDP the learning was sustained and increased change has happened. I can see the energy flowing through the team who attended and the intent to do before being asked. This is an asset creating programme which should continue
GDP has given a great deal of energy and understanding together with a sense of belonging and sharing. It gives a lot of confidence to me as the participants’ manager as my team can operate independently
GDP has gone along way to re boosting the confidence of our employees especially during the difficult recession times. It helped build trust
The programme has been sited in appraisals as the key reason for increased performance and growth of individuals
The programme’s major success is its simplicity; its aimed at practitioners, easy to understand, practice and implement
It has bought the team closer and bought us up to be an A Team
