Mamta originates from the UK where she enjoyed a successful career in Learning and Development. With her background in Occupational Psychology she has been able to leverage her education especially when running training in leadership and across cultures.
Mamta spent 5 years with Tesco setting up and running leadership training globally and project led International Graduate and MBA programmes ensuring global exposure and mobility of talent for the organisation. She also is an avid writer and has been the featured psychologist on Sky News and through various print media and acts as a coach and visiting lecturer for a number of universities.
Mamta ran her own consulting business in the UK before coming to live in Dubai and has continued to utilize her blend of talents to help organisations develop their leadership. With years of leadership and coaching experience, Mamta has become a specialist in working with organisations on their talent programmes and on producing and running powerful leadership programmes.
Her ability to tap into individual differences through her cultural exposure as well as her education makes her an engaging trainer who is also able to develop talent at an individual and organisational level. Her amazing self awareness ensures an atmosphere of trust in the training room and in all her client relationships.
