Hazel began her career in the UK in 1985 where she started to build her extensive knowledge and experience of Leadership & HR Management. She has held various senior HR Management positions in the service, retail, sales and financial sectors where she acquired her ability to drive major change in organisations. In 1995 Hazel moved to the Middle East and was able to utilize this knowledge and expertise as a senior consultant working on projects for multinational, government and local organisations over the years she has been in the region.

Barbara Kerr

Barbara started her training career in the UK in 1989 which has enabled her to acquire an extensive background in training and consulting. Subsequently, she took her career overseas working for a UK tour operator in Europe and the Middle East. During this period she implemented highly successful leadership, sales and customer service programmes. 

Luke Tuffin

Luke originates from the UK with a broad background in adult education as well as specialist teaching. He has worked in the Middle East since 1990 where he acquired his deep understanding of Arabic language and culture. This experience, combined with his postgraduate Arabic studies at Jordan University, provided him with the necessary skills to successfully train in the Gulf environment.
