The Leadership JourneyLeadership development is a journey, it cannot be achieved in a one hit training programme. We’ve chosen an accredited route that builds leaders over time, that also works well with business and operational needs in the Middle East region. All materials meet our design guarantee.
A series of Modules spread over weeks ensures the training is absorbed and can be practiced back in the workplace. We use a combination of approaches to ensure continuous development and that the learning accountability sits with the participant.
