The Leadership JourneyLeadership development is a journey, it cannot be achieved in a one hit training programme. A series of Modules spread over weeks ensures the training is absorbed and can be practiced back in the workplace. We use a combination of approaches to ensure continuous development and that the learning accountability sits with the participant.
